NO he took the words out of filemates mouth and twested them to his own deal filemates said on quoting POSonline : they had problems with their banks due too increasing refund ratio and right now they are in the possess of writing a new contact with their bank nothing to do with DCMA resorts nothing to do with the KING of nothing please don't rewrite anything he is doing he and his people are doing zero against merchant and visa MasterCard systems

The fact is they can't do anything because he is operating within the law.
They tried to accuse him of uploading the CP he was finding on their servers and that did not work out.

Some other illegal activity to stop him, DDOS did not work, neither did hack attempts.

Your analogy is all wrong and in no way correlates to your example. I never said he was the law but that the law was on his side.
If you are going to counter comment here you should really learn to read, comprehend, and compose in the English language.
What he is doing is like a drug company in 1 country getting the merchant accounts of an online pharmacy in another countries cancelled to stop them from selling online.
Trying to make what occurs on most file hosts by most all uploaders sound legitimate just demonstrates the ignorance and lack of intelligence possessed by most uploaders.
His actions are completely legal, you can argue it all you want but his business is much more legitimate then that of any file host advertising on this site.
Come up with a different argument and maybe someone will actually listen to what you have to say.

Once you do that please list all the legitimate companies that had their payment processing accounts closed because of complaints by him. Name 1, you seem to be extremely knowledgeable and would not have made such a statement without having a specific example to make your point. 1 name of a legitimate file host whose payment processors account was closed is all it takes.
As for DMCA issues, if no one was uploading files that could cause a DMCA complaint there would be no DMCA issues.
Of course if you would all stop your copyright infringement there would be no need for AK to be involved at all.

I am not angry, upset, or even excited. It takes more then this to raise my blood pressure. I would also tell you the same if I was not a mod.

He is begging for donations and those other webmasters are donating towards his efforts assuming that his efforts cost a lot of money
I also agree that he can only deal with Paypal and nothing else
He says he has volunteers working for him for free but the reality is "Copy Control" stuff has become a profit yielding business for him

no really, I do give him credit. He's very persistent, but he really does seem to like to take credit for many things which he does not do. Everyone knows that POSOnline.it's aquiring bank has had to drop them because they went over their chargeback threshold.
We did a test run to see what the big deal was about accepting paypal, to see if it actually made any kind of difference in sales, which it did not. He jumped at the chance to 'report' us to paypal. I knew it would happen, really only wanted to see what the big fuss was about paypal anyhow, as I noticed no benefit to using it.
We work with several 'legit' dmca agents, who used to 'support' his efforts, when he was all about taking out CP. But once they seen that he was only taking out these little filehosters, in an effort to pump up the number of 'filehosts' slain in an effort to spice up his 'resume', so that he can directly compete with people who have been in the business a long time, they all jumped ship, and stopped supporting his campaign. I chat with a few of them, and they say he is nothing but a pawn of manwins, trying to take out any competition for the big 'tube' sites.
I say, I have to agree with them. Because if you're so against copyright infringement, why would you accept large donations from the biggest infringer of them all? So, heres how it works. Manwin, the owner of the largest tubesites on the net, pay this guy to go around and try to take out all of their competition.
These adult guys are so screwed up, like all their sales are down the drain, because of all these massive tube sites, they all have their content pirated on every single one of them, but do they do anything to fight it? No. They let the guy do a speech at the adult webmaster convention. Haha. But not one of them brought anything up about how he's killed their business. They're really quite vocal though when it comes to any filelocker posts at GFY. The tube sites are doing so well, they're buying out almost all adult sites now too. AK, you are going on a wrong direction. Your war is not about the "file sharing". If you are able to stop file sharing, everybody will turn to the torrent / usenet. As we know, file sharing it's a thing that you can not stop. If you aware of the definition of the "motivation", you know what I mean.
I suggest you to fight with the tube sites (because they're the biggest enemies of you), they're your real enemies. Not the file hosting companies.
watch out with this company. My credit card which I use to registered to posonline.it got hacked right now. Better if you already registered to posonline, better ask your bank to block your card, and ask to change your credit card number.
