Selling Porn (video) Blog with 40.000 visitors/day

I own a medium size porn (video) blog that I'm no thinking about selling.
The site have been up since 2012 in one way or another.
I add the videos by myself to keep the quality of the site (I add 10-20 new videos/day).
The revenue comes from multiple sources (all ad based tho).

Some numbers:
- Maintaining the site and adding videos takes about 2-3 hours/day.
- Site site makes about $5.000/month.
- Average of about 39.000-45.000 daily visitors.
- Page views are an average of 220.000-250.000/day.

I'm using Exoclick, Popads, Popcash and Plugrush for banners and popups on the site.
Then I'm using OpenLoad for hosting the videos, and FileFactory and Depositfiles (with shorte.st for the links).

The reason that I'm selling the site is that I have a few other projects that are on the same "level" and I feel like I would prefer to work more with them.


Here's some more details about the revenue, I didn't include FileFactory, Depositfiles and shorte.st as they are less than $50/month):

i dont see the point to sell this website ... MAN you make almost 5k what do you want more :) . Its 5K , nobody on wj will offer you like 20k or 30k for this website or more .
I cant understand from where so many visitors
 
Well, I guess I don't really "need" to sell it...
It's more that I feel that I don't have time for it, and that I know that there are others that might be able to develop it further than I can (the SEO and layout isn't the best)... :)

I update the site daily and have been doing to for over a year and I try to identify the most popular "keywords" so the site ranks high, both of which seams to be a big plus when it comes to google.

I'm actually thinking about putting the site on Flippa, but thought I would hear here first :)

I have a price in my head, but I have no idea if that's just a "fantasy price" or not (I haven't sold a site like this before)... So I would prefer to get a few bids before I say anything about a "asking price" (hope that doesn't sound too weird).

is it 30 x 5k $ :-=
 
BIN price is usually 6months profit at one go. i.e. 6x5k = 30k

I cant write further if this price is good, bad or one should buy or not as it is sales thread and not discussion thread, done from my side ;)
 
I pay about $150 for a dedicated server now, but I use the same one for most of my other sites as well. :)


6 months profit seams kind of low after talking with some of the guys over at GFY... ;)

Established sites sell at 7-12 times the monthly, stable revenue. Since this is kind of a "grey area", I would not feel as safe to invest that large amount.

Nobody here has that amount laying round anyway, so you have 2 options:
1) Go to Flippa and sell it there.
2) Go to Freelancer and pay somebody to 99% automate your website.
 
Flippa won't let you sell this; the content is not legal, by far, obviously. Irrespective of whether or not it 'syndicates' content, it's illegal and the revenue relies on more illegal content being sourced on a daily basis with complete knowledge of said fact.

That alone will drive the price for this site down to nothing worth your while. You should know that warez/adult websites of this nature will never really sell for more than a month's revenue because they're a bad investment for the buyer. The folks at GFY probably gave you an estimate under the assumption that it is legal porn.
