From the screenshot above, open the overall_footer.html using editor and paste the code just before the closing </body> tag or any line you want, save and refresh your template from the admin panel/styles section.

worked fine... but I have one question !! how many pop up should I have ?? when I surfing in my forum I received 4 popups !! is not much...??? !!!
should not be 1 popup per ip per day ?
