Go for knownsrv.com NL vps , they have awesome support , powerful servers and provide managed vps at reasonable prices.. I have been using them for last 1month and have no problems , I have 100% uptime till now with their servers..
Netherlands is suited for warez sites , have been running my warezsite smoothly ..

Almost all of the shared hosters here at wj have terrible uptime - they get hacked, ddossed, go down bec of hardware/software issues quite easily. If you are willing to shell a little more, go with a vps
