If you click on your video link, you will see your encoding queue. Sometimes you must wait before your video will be encoded because many people are also uploading at the same time.

Try deleting the video, then re-upload.
I think something similar happened to me too and I deleted the video and re-uploaded and it worked.
Try to use your own brains a bit. If it's stuck like that for days, then obviously something must be wrong. Use your brains to solve problem...
