You might forgot to add some high traffic country.

Tier 2 : United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada
Tier 3 : Italy, Netherlands, India
Tier 4 : Rest of the World


Rates
Tier 1 : USD$ 8 per 1000 Image Views
Tier 2 : USD$ 5 per 1000 Image Views
Tier 3 : USD$ 0.4 per 1000 Image Views
Tier 4 : USD$ 0.01 per 1000 Image Views

Your Tier 1 andTier 2 are okay and rates are good.

But you might missed some good countries on Tier 3 :

Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands

If possible then make another tier with $0.10 rate

Some more good counties are there which can be add on this new tier

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland

Hmm i will have to look into it.. You are right, i think i missed those countries too..
 
thats called intelligent affliciate network . tier 1 kenya lolz and the countries that should be in tier 1 r in tier 2 so practically we make 5$ per 1000 downloads :)

Does kenyan people buy premiums more than us and uk people ?

Hey, if you notice the domain is also from Kenya, thus its more aimed at that country. :)
 
ya i did checked that but its real hard to get kenyan traffic dont u think its much more a hypothetical thing . if countries like us or ul were in tier A or if their rates were bit higher than one could understand that ya rates r something more greater than other image host . Even some of very important coutries r missing . Sorry it may look like some critisizm but i m pointing out wat i feel .....

Yes that is fine, i understand your point, the other rates are also high like $5 per 1000 views for other countries. I will be adding more countries in the future.
