Hello. I have made permanent-upload.netlify.app.
You can upload up to unlimited videos with unlimited bandwidth, and there are no ads in the player.
All videos are stored on IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) so even if this website goes down, your files will be safe.

All the files are stored on IPFS. Content is accessible through peers located anywhere in the world, that might relay information, store it, or do both.
