Payza Scam restricted my account

Hello,
Payza restricted my account with more than 500$.
They say that i submitted altered bank proof, but in the reality i added a 100% official bank proof.
Anyone here is facing the same problem?
How can i complaint about this?

not on a public forum for sure...are you contacted payza via support on their website?

Yes i've contacted them via support but they tell me that my bank proof was altered, but it's not !
I constated that many people are having problems with their payement on Payza.

Payza also said that my funds are placed on hold for 180 days,
Is there any procedure to get my funds back as soon as possible?

If your account has been restricted you should contact our customer support team, they will be able to help you get that fixed.

For a submitted document, if our review team feels that a document has been or may have been altered, they cannot accept it. You should provide another copy of your statement.
 
I've submitted a valid and official Bank proof, you have made a very big error to say that an official Bank document is altered.

Why not calling my bank to verify my informations? their phone number is on the document i submitted.
I will not tell you to call them if i altered the document because i will go to the prison if i do that.

"Feel"? this is not a professional way of work, call the bank is more rational.

As communicated on several occasions, Payza no longer wishes to do business with you.

I have nothing to lose, i already lose more than just money.
I pretented to pay my studies as a computer engineer using this money (several months of work),
if i didn't pay i will lose this year and destroy my future and everything i planed so i have nothing to lose
because i already lost everything !!

I want also to notice that when i added my Bank account number to Skrill it automaticly detects my Bank name, so the payement system is naturally advanced !
If there is someone in the forum who is a specialist in altered document he can check it and give us his point of view (only trusted members).

Please Payzaofficial check my account, i'm not talking about my old address proof that was altered because i was pressed to pay my studies,
but i'm talking about the new valid proof that i've submitted yesterday.
I'll be waiting for your response, i still have only one week to pay my study and i hope you will help me with this.

Please do not post personal information on public forums. Documents must be submitted directly to our team either within your account or via email if instructed, posting a document here will not help this situation and needlessly exposes your personal information.

Submitting altered documents is a serious violation of our User Agreement and can result in account suspension. Funds can be held up to 180 days, at which point you can contact our team to recover any funds remaining in your account.

I am sorry your account was suspended and your funds are being held, but at this point there is nothing I can do to reverse this decision.
 
But when my account get restricted your team tell me to open a ticket when i will have a valid proof document.
And after the bank sent me the document i've opened a ticket with the approprial proof but your team doesn't recover my account !!

Your best option is to speak with our Support Team directly. As I said, there is nothing I can do from this forum to help with that situation.

It is very likely that if your account has been suspended and your funds held this decision will not be reversed.
 
i've never had a problem with Payza, i hope you can solve your problem when you contact their support team, i once had a problem with a scam PTC website and they've transferred my balance from that scam website to my account on payza, they're great team

If you do not want to lose your money and drop to a complete helpless situation, you should not consider these guys as your money manager!

These guys are a group of systematic fraud activities. I was pissed of when it was Alertpay.com and now I gave a try with this Payza.com. They allowed depositing to Payza.com account by bank transfer without any problem and Payza system worked like a charm. I received payments from our customers to Payza account.

The problem started and Payza got disappointed when I tried to take my money, they declined :)

I tried contacting online chat which was not answering to my questions but kept asking, "is there anything else I can help you?". I kept asking question about the same issue without any result. Then the support person closed the chat window on my face :)

I opened a support ticket. It really did take 5 days to contact me back as payza promises :).

As I have mentioned before, that I do not upload funds to my Payza account but my customers pays to my payza account by bank transfer. Payza was asking me "Why do I upload money to payza account and withdraw back to the same bank account quickly"? It took a month I collected payments from customers to payza account before I did request for an withdraw from payza account, but Payza got disappointed. The emails sent to me were from "Payza fraud prevention analyst" :), who was lying that they have checked that I am uploading money to/from the same bank account, even I explained to them the uploads are from my customers and each of them are from different account.

After above arguments, this "Payza fraud prevention analyst" kept me asking to send all the Bank account statements of my customers to them, even I tried to tell them that you cannot ask so and I cannot send Payza.com my customer's Bank Account statements!!

I collect image copies of bank transfer payments from my customers and we hold right to use those copies with our payment processing partners. I offered the copies to "Payza fraud prevention analyst", but he did not want them :), instead he wanted bank statement of my account. Once I sent it to him he just hide away and stopped answering to support emails.

After several support requests this guy answered to me that he does not accept this bank statement, needs more recent one. When he said more recent one, it meant I need to send a statement of current month. The problem was, banks here create a bank statement after the month end, but Payza guy wants it in the middle of the current month.

In above situation I just took a screen print of my bank statement of most recent transactions' first page. After I did send this, this "fraud prevention guy" completely disappeared. I have sent many requests for an update but COMPLETELY NO RESPONSE!!

I could communicate with them in Facebook message but once they came to know that I asked my money back, they blocked me in Facebook too! I have opened a new FB account to get in touch with Payza in FB.
