Paypal Problems Help (urgent)

I am from a paypal not supported country.

I opened a paypal some days ago and verified it with payoneer. But i cant send any payments. When i tried to pay from product page paypal said they want to contact me via phone. Again i tried to send as gift or donation they said i have to add funds. Anyone familliar with this kind of issues??? Need help.

PS: I use US vps to login, as my paypal is registered with US address.

I would guess the ip if your vps has been flagged by paypal.. your only hope is to probably find a free voip service and get a usa number in the area code where you registerd the account and let them contact you but phone. If you have an andriod phone download a program called pinger so you can get the call on your cell phone instead of waiting for them to call you on your computer.
