Paypal Help.

On 22 Feb 2013 i dispute unauthorized payment.

and now its 27 feb ... but still i am getting this status " PayPal is investigating your unauthorized activity claim, and the seller has been asked to provide additional information within seven days. "

Its my 1st time to add dispute .. and i am not really sure what that means .. should i have to wait for 7 days or what ? can anyone please help me regarding this ..

thanks for reply should i have to do anything or upload any type of prove? but they dont ask me for anything yet ..
