I want your opinion on something that bugs me. I often argue with some of my staff because i ban anyone on my forum who adds there forum link in there hosts link EG.

To me its a form of advertising, its like me going into mcdonalds and saying burger king is better.
Am i wrong here because i dont see it?
Let me say that if they asked i would happily add there link to my side bar if there a credible forum, but i just think if they dont even bother to read the rules why should i bother to allow them to post on my forum.
