First post, just reading this thread for amusement. I am not an uploader, I supermod at a message board that has some porn traffic.

I am surprised all the people who haven't been paid haven't considered their own stake in this matter. Let me explain, thusly.., You might see this hypothetical news story on any given day :

Today, a big drug cartel was raided by the FBI and all assets were seized, and bank accounts frozen. Records of "clients" they were laundering money to on a monthly basis resulted in the bank accounts of those "clients" being seized as well. Further arrests from the list of "clients" is expected prompty.

Now simply change the words drug cartel to freehost and client to uploader.

Now, I am not on anyone's side here, I'm just a realist. Those of you who have been profiting from material that others have copyright to have a cyber trail leading directly to your doorstep. Your name and banking information is known.

I can't see this happening to many, or even any of you, but it's certainly something to consider. I mean, after all, the authorities went after people downloading music from Napster. All they were doing was getting the music without paying. You guys are not only getting your material without paying, you are getting paid for sharing it! It isn't just the freehosts that the media labels "pirates".

I did this. Unfortunately, it didn't help coz, I still felt the same as I need to save people from scammers like Oron and some idiots who still claim to be a big supporter of them. They have nothing to do whole day just post shit all over WJ and increase post count. If U r earning from Oron, then I have a sincere advice for you. GTFO from WJ, stick to your computer uploading porn on Scammeron, and earn lot of money. Then go outside and spend that money. Why wasting time here?

If you still left with some, then go see some psychiatrist as you seem to be obsessed with scammeron.

You have left yourselves wide open to possible legal action, that's all I'm saying. Maybe one of you will realize I could be right and cover your tracks and find a real job. The rest of you will flirt with danger and kick yourselves in the ass if you're caught.

Think of it this way, you are self-owning yourselves. You're just like:

1) A famous actress or porn model that publishes her name, address, and phone number so anyone can find her.
2) The bank robber who passed the teller his hold-up demands written on the back of his pay stub.
3) The drunk girl who walks into a biker bar stark naked and passes out on the floor.

In each case, you're fucked.

Go ahead, keep uploading all the copyrighted content you wish. I have nothing at stake here. But, unlike others, I will prove this, here is a copy of my post on another board, made yesterday. I just did it to see what my friends had to say and it's quite the interesting topic of discussion over there, as this thread will be when I link it. Thanks for all the chuckles your replies are sure to bring.

You think the 300 people participating in this thread and the 2,000 people who participated in the closed FileSonic thread + closed FileServe thread are scared?

FBI or the like has no jurisdiction over most of us.
And I think 2/3 of uploaders lives in 'uncivilized' countries where no one has EVER been nailed for uploading copyrighted content.

Chances of winning the lottery is 100,000 times higher than getting nailed.

Why the F should most of us be even a tiny bit scared?

@ Chaffey: 100% agree with you. And there is nothing wrong with legal actions against copyright violations. But here you reaching the wrong guys with your message i guess.

Since the beginning of the internet people sharing copyrighted material and making cash from it, this is nothing really new and people who never paid for any kind of content in history will never pay in future too!

So instead of busting Sharehosters, Uploaders and Downloaders better try contacting legal copyright holders for content and tell them to make that content easy accessable and with prices people are willing to pay. Thats much more efficient then fighting against those mentioned 3rd parties.

Busting Sharehosters like MegaUpload ?
Fine... next weak there is a new GigaUpload.com, GayUpload.com and WhateverUpload.com in town ...

They put some people in jail sharing copyrighted material?

Also you can´t compare a Sharehoster with any drug dealer. Thats complete b#shit man. A Sharehoster it self is a legal business like others too and nobody is forced to upload material and even making money from it he not owns. (ever looked in some Sharehosters terms of services?, do that.)

Tell content providers selling their stuff on the internet to make it access easy and quick without expensive costs.

Example:
Who the fuck in 2012 is willing to pay $30-60 in recurring costs to download some porn anymore? No wonder why people instead buying a Premium Account on Sharehosters they are not even spending half of the price (non recurring) and are free to download what, where and how much they want.

Well, I love to argue, especially with mental midgets as yourself, so if I'm the troll you called me, why are you allowing yourself to be trolled?

Let me educate you a bit. 40-50 years ago if you wanted the new Elvis Presely or Beatles album, you went out and bought it, and the artist got his royalties. Now, a new artist releases a CD and after one pirate acquires it, he posts it for everyone to have for free, and he gets a cut. what if it was your recording being freely distributed and your profits that were affected? I doubt you would like it, and that not only makes you a hypocrite, it makes you a criminal if you participate in this kind of activity. Simce you have identified all your personal information to the freehost you shared profits with. If their ass gets is put on the line for copyright, you don't think they wouldn't give you up if it meant saving their ass? Look at just about any court trial, people turn witness against their cohorts for immunity.

Speaking of the Beatles, George Harrison was sued in the 1970's by the owners of the song "She's So Fine" claiming the chorus to "My Sweet Lord" was the same tune, and thus their intellectual property was infringed upon. Harrison brought in a Musicologist to testify in his defense who outlined a solid proof both songs were derived from an old song that had long fallen into public domain entitled "Oh Happy Day". Didn't work, George lost and paid up. Lesson here is, the mighty can fall as well, even those that think they are safe, as people like you feel.

I have a friend that worked as a prison guard in a minimum security faciltiy for non-violent offenders. Exactly, 20-30$ per month isn't a big deal for Americans, Germans etc but for people from poor countries (where interesting of porn is very big) it is too expansive.

Okay, maybe if you pay 30$ for Brazzers, you get thousands of clips, but if your sites have few clips and you want us to pay 30$ - it is not fair, isn't it? If you don't see it, you are just greedy.

Or maybe I am wrong in it, if so please correct me, I am curious then.
