I'm sorry. 2016.08.28 was downloads from Russia (I have Russian traffic). Now there is no downloading from Russia for 2016.08.28.
All downloads from Russia replaced by downloading from Croatia (HR). Perhaps there was a failure in statistics.

We've an issue in charging our Neteller account, you can wait until we solve the issue, or change payment method to other one.
 
For webmasters we provide 20% from sales comes from their sites.
