Hello,
I'm looking for a small VPS with at least 100MBit unmetered. I'd like to host an vBulletin Board including WarezLinkin.
10GB of Space, 1 or 2GB of RAM, cPanel
Low budget (max 100$ per year)
I'd prefer Payment via Payza, Webmoney, Coins or voucher cards (ukash, etc)

we can offer you low budget vps with almost 100% uptime and warezlinking allowed, but the issue is cPanel cost per month is 15$ which cost in a year = 13*12 = 156$
so if you asking cPanel free with vps then its impossible, let us know your thought and i will try to get you a good deal.

As for speeds, I'm getting 208M/s from Serverius test speed (but that's probably because that's their DC).
