Dear lawina,

use forget password option on Webmaster Control Panel page,

and try to retrive your password with your details, if not work then mail us with your details (site name, site url, email using for submissions)

For rerating you need to submit more contents.

Rerate not possible for you site right now, only 150 live contents from your site on our database.

We need atleast 300 contents for rerating
