Can anyone tell me does the site need to be a certain age to be whitelisted? or just the button linkback and neat layout required?

You are blacklisted due to wrong title submissions, m removing you from blacklist but check your submissions before click submit

Yes you need enough amount of contents to start submissions on katzddl.in
In last few months we checked alot of people started sites with few contents and their sites down/changed within a week or two.

So, now we are accepting new sites with sufficient contents only. free domains and blog already removed from whiteilist.
