We are already 2 months old site with around 2000 members and were active in DP forum. Due to Paypal issue, we had stopped our Affiliate program temporarily and Now it has been re-launched. You can upload the files to which you have copyright, else we can't guarantee that your files will stay for long time. That doesn't mean that we allow illegal files. Practically speaking no one can figure out what is legal until some one files DMCA

We don't remove the earnings when the files are deleted. Until and unless there is a series of DMCA reports, we don't ban users.
