Possible sale if i can get something that satisfies my needs.

Reason of selling - I don't get a single minute a day to update the website. And don't want it to loose the great potential just because of my busy life.

Some key features:
1. Keyword Domain
2. 1st position on google for "Download nulled scripts" and many other keywords.
3. Alexa rank around 37,000.
4. Daily around 1000 to 1200 unique visitors [All Organic from google.]

Why it has the potential?
1. Ofcourse as its ranked in google for a lot of keywords, and some of them are actually on the very top position.

Scriptmafia is PR3 and Alexa 522, no offense but you can't even call classify them as competition in front of your website. They clearly beat you in every aspect.

Part of the post where he says that he's competing with ScriptMafia is removed. Frankly, no one can compete with ScriptMafia. It's just the most famous site for nulled scripts.
 
I am using google Estonia, so maybe it varies by region.

for example google.com showed the result in the previous post, while google.co.uk showed this instead.

I don't know how google manages search results, it's either location or your previous search queries. I am just assuming anyways I was just trying to show you what I saw.
 
i dont know i just think your starting bid amount is too high.
And i just have been on your site and one thing i wanted to dl for test was the topic already dead and even worse it even redirected me to scriptmafia and i checked it out that the links all go to scriptmafia. why should a visitor coem back to your site when he already found scriptmafia?

and i also want to assume that the pageranking is at google like this cause you link to scriptmafia

Earlier there were few topics from scriptmafia rss. Thats only because i didnt have time. I have posted a few posts manually and it got some downloads.

Also, all new posts that you make are crawled and displayed within 40 seconds. Its tested.

confirmed, it depends on the area...

on google.co.id this site is on top and scriptmafia doesn't even show up on the first page

But even then, your price is too high for a starting bid... you should lower it.
 
global monthly search for the keyword "Download nulled scripts" only 58 .

that means even if your ranking for that keyword ,monthly people typing the keyword in google is 58 ,that good as no traffic . ;)

i am talking about ur main keyword ,if that is the reason why u have put a price tag of $400 , its not worth even $50 B-)
