NS "camouflage"

Hi ,
i've got a reseller (no im not going to sell it <_<), and atm , NS are ns1.hostingcompany.com and another .hostingcompany.com
how can i (if it is possible) make them under my domain - ns1.mydomain.com ns2.mydomain.com - , if ill just point them to that IPS will it work? , and how will i do it? 8-)

well im not 100% but i think there is a section in most domain companys where u have to go and register your hostnames then u can change ur nameservers

Who's the domain with?

I do this with namecheap.

Advanced Options>


ADD (REGISTER) NEW NAMESERVERS

put the ip in the 1st two boxes.
ex: 11.254.2.13
11.254.2.13* if you have both replace the last digit

Once put in.

Goto: Doman name server setup.

CHANGE EXISTING DOMAIN NAME SERVER INFORMATION

Put your ns1.YOURSITE.COM
ns2.YOURSITE.COM

then sit back n wait.

did it , well alone ...
maked A record ns1 - pointing to ns1.host IP , same for ns2
maked NS record poiting to ns1.host.com , same for ns2
registered nameservers
and it works :p
