If you receive a request, I have to delete those files within 24 hours.The title says "DMCA ignored" but they actually respond to DMCA requests, or am I misunderstanding something?

Most DMCAs are ignored yes but there are some rare cases where it cant be ignored, for example if it gets serious... court... you know.
So then the content in question needs to be removed if we get a serious request/problem.
