New uploader need advices

Hello everyone

So I'm going to start a new project (streaming movies/tv-show) ofc I'm not going to host the videos, just upload them and share the embed code/links in my website.

I don't really have enough knowledge in this scene so I hope you guys can help me :friends:

So here is what I have:
Private torrents
RDP with HDD 150GB/RAM 32GB/1GB line
Upload software


I would like to know what are the difficulties that I may face
What are softwares that I'm going to need for this kind of project (convert/add logo to movie ...)
Any tips tricks? anything I need to know?
Videos hosts that you recommend
