Can anyone explain their new payout system rule in deep? This sucks.

Now all my hard earned money is reserved. When netload is gonna pay that money? Again we have to wait 30 days?

Damn this is their new payout system and they said that everybody will be happy with this system?
 
The only thing i know that is i have lost all my money.Account balance 0$ out of 500 $. The shocking news ever. Wish i would have sold some premium vouchers.

They put my $1100+ in reserve for 1 month that I earned 2 months ago. Requested payment 1 month ago, but got cancelled and was put into reserve.

Email Received :

''Hello User

we want to inform you that we have needed to reject your payout request, because we are starting today our brand new improved payout process.
The payout amount was added back to your account. And you can request a new payout which will be handled within 2 working days!

We want to apologize us for any inconveniences.

I Don't think so have to wait 30 days and maybe still I won't get that money.

ok i dont get this thing, and i wanna understand... there is Current balance which was the original amount i had. then there is the Reserve total, which is half of the current balance, and then there is Available balance, which is half of the reserve total!

Now, the question is... will i ever be able to withdraw the Current balance, which means the original amount? or is it gone for good?
 
This is a most fucked up thing released by netload. If we don't get our money then netload will be dead for sure and nobody will use netload.

Now i am pretty sure that not everyone is gonna get paid with this new fucking payment reserved system.

Now i got my answer why netload is not accepted in top forums like suzy and pornbb.

They are gonna charge a hell lot of fees in international bank transfer. Who will use this host again if affiliates have to pay high fees?

Damn you netload. You don't care your uploaders.

If I request "Available balance" That's it for me? Below is gone? They added only 300$ for me to request out of 2000 I had

Reserve total:
$1.775,95 USD


Current balance:
$2.085,92 USD
 
I guess they dont have enough funds/capacity to pay every pending payout so
they implemented this dumb system to get some more time.
As the time goes they will reduce the reserve balance and relase the pending money.
Or not?

I dont care if they need more time, as long as the full earned amount will be paid. i can understand that because fraud or charge-backs they cant pay all the amount in 2 business days and i dont care to wait 30 days for the rest, but are they going to release us the rest? i have 1140 USD left out of 4000 USD

That's what I'm conceren about reserve balance,Risk level,So we are having a risk loosing reserve money,
 
We have to wait 30 days again to get paid our reserved amount and i am not sure if we gonna get paid. 30 days is a lot more time and with this period anything can happened.

They clearly said that the international bank transfer is gonna be a expensive. So who is gonna you this host then?

Is this really a good news you were waiting to inform us, netload team?

Please if anyone of you is an asian and you made a payout request lately. Please do let us know how much fees you paid for international bank transfer and how much did you withdraw.
