Need technical help regarding setup Private Torrent Tracker on VPS

Please guide me with full brief note how to setup Private Torrent Tracker on VPS. I'm asking because im NOOB.

Firstly you need to Apache, Php,Mysql and Other which needs to build the vb forum or Ipb or TT r TS
In My opinion install kloxo panel for webserver https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QdgIMi8nrVk

And Secondly for installing Torrent Scripts try to get help from developer or try to create yourself using Installation Instruction.

Do you have a vps yet? What are your specs?
If not i may be able to help you with that.
On a second note what tracker software will you be using?
On a third note I could set it all up for you for and fee very knowledgable with torrents and tracker software

I haven't VPS yet cause there was no reason to buy it without knowledge
