Need help on how to create warez forum !

I wanna create a forum like Warez-BB where I can share my uploads ( small sized HD tv packs and movies + games ) but I need help how to do that, does anybody know how help/guide me .. Thanks in advance reply here or PM me ...
I want a forum like warez-bb script or something similar and easy to use.
Unlimited bandwitch hosting that allows warez.
Please guide me what hosting to choose and how to create a forum where to get scripts ...

You can use any forum to do so, I recommend Xenforo & IPB. Then you can hide links & attachments:

You need to install Php-bb forum script for it..

First Step is - Buy a Domain
Second Step is - Get Hosting with Good speed for Forum
Third Step is - Install php-bb script from your hosting Cpanel..

Further you can ask here.. once you done these three steps are compulsory
If you need hosting you can search Google or you may ask anyone here for hosting including me. you may go up with one which suites your budget.
