I made a post on my forum in a mega thread post is screwed up here is a image of what it looks like

It is a video it should be 4 times bigger and the 3 or 4 buttons are missing from the post like edit delete rep. There is no way to edit or delete this post, I have not installed any plugins in the last few days or switched to a new template skin. What can I do to fix this post I can not post anything else in this mega thread??
I went into Phpmyadmin and deleted the post and reposted the video now it is back to normal
