Most suitable provider for Auto Uploading Bot

Hi,

Im thinking about getting an auto uploading bot such as WBot.
I have some questions.

01. Do you know a good provider to buy a VPS to host this bot?

02. Currently Im using NL Windows RDP and seeding speed for IPTorrents it not good. I googled and read that Seedboxes are faster because it uses less resources.
I assume VPS which hosts this kind of bot is similar to seedbox?? If so, I should get better seed speeds right?

in terms of network speed, i think some lightweight seedbox wont be signifficantly faster than a normal VPS. Network speed depends on what share VPS has on the network connection.
Better you say which speed is not enough and which speed you require. I assume you require windows os

This auto uploading bot Im talking about requires Centos.
If we were to compare Windows RDP and Linux VPS, speeds will be different?

I really don't have an idea about specific speed. In my current RDP it takes hours to get 1:1 ratio even for a file less than 500mb.
