Selling My monthly seo service site due to exams now on
Site rank on many keywords in google yahoo bing
best keyword on google is
"Monthly Seo" 2nd position on .com and 1th on .co.in and on many other country google's
rankings were 1st position but google update put them to 2nd position
and other keywords like "diverse link building" "monthly seo services" also rank well
havnt seo'd the site from over a month
and it have survived and recovered from all google updates all by itself
so keywords are stable and can improve with bit more seo
site got really good potential to earn
it got abt 5-10 keywords ranking on 1st page on yahoo and bing

actualy i got way to busy so i closed whmcs and didnt took any more orders
i had 2 orders and i cudnt take more due to my studies
so yes u can say price is on based of potential to earn
i have shifted hosts so whmcs isnt working as i didnt renewed my license

Don't want to spam your sales thread but, if you keep asking this price you should present income... you can't ask 300 for a website with 0 visitors and 0 income. I'm just trying to help

there arnt 0 visitors...i get average of 300-500 visitors monthly... 90% from keywords as i dnt do any kind of advertising nywhere except couple forum threads like one on wj

i said 0 because you only posted a screenshot of 2 days with... 6/10 visitors (and i bet most of them were people from this forum checking the website)


so if you claim 500 visitors you should post an image of that (i'm just trying to help here)
 
@jack if u dnt understand worth of site that dosnt mean no one else does expectancy dosnt came from nothing it came from its stable ranking... that has been stable from 4months even after google updates.. and it dosnt change.. :)

@hotniche.. thats not true.. see the date of thread create that day when it had people from thread it was abt 25-30
