Hello,

We are aware of all slow issue, we orders several servers since few days ago but DC out of stock.
We need to wait for the servers to be delivered, hopefully in the next few days servers will be ready.
Please be patient.

We can't upgrade France to tier-1 for now, will give you an update if we can do this in the future.

By accident i deleted some videos, any possibity to get them back ?

We are waiting new servers to arrive. DC out of stock, so we are waiting for new hardware.
When all new servers already installed, it will be smooth as ussual.
