Not an issue, the problem was your server was one of those which got hacked and we had to format it 5 times before we can make it accessible and in the end we decided to terminate this server due to RAID failure and replacement needs. Anyways, let me know your ID of payment i will refund or send it back to you.

I think there's a dispute to be opened (paypal).
