Aircel and other operators have blocked major file hosting sites including Mediafire. Fortunately only site IPs are blocked, but subdomains are accessible. That means if you can get link from www.mediafire.com, it can be downloaded without any problem.
Now that domain www.mediafire.com (205.196.120.6) is blocked, you can usually access this domain with FoxyProxy or setting proxy or using VPN. But you know that all of these methods are very slow.
So here's solution, when you want to download a file from mediafire, replace www.mediafire.com with cdn.mediafire.com. There you go.
For example,
Blocked link:
http://www.mediafire.com/?XXXXXXXXXXXX
Unblocked link:
http://cdn.mediafire.com/?XXXXXXXXXXXXX
ENJOY! B-)
