What do you mean by copyright request!??
Is that DMCA takedown request?
If you are provide hosting, then you just need to forward the DMCA notice to your clients and tell them to remove those files/data.
If you are using an offshore hosting then you don't need to any response those notice!!

I hope you got your all answers!!
