Alright guys, so i know there's a lot of debat over which is better...
So read a couple of these articles and tell me what you think?
Personally i think apple is some bullshit that try to sell you crap wrapped in a nice white box for thousands of dollars when its not even worth that much.

You are actually asking what's better Windows or Mac OS? Because theoretically (and technically) speaking there's no more difference between PC's and MAC's, a few years back Mac had an other architecture (PowerPC), but nowadays both are using modern 64x architectures. You can't compare performence/look nether because Mac = Mac and PC is a wide range of Models and makes. Although I must admit that Mac is very revolutionary when it comes to designing their hardware.

my adobe products work on windows...

they dont work on the newest mac.

I actually think of it that way too, but everyone just says PC, and i can see why as PC has different hardware from mac's and there are a couple other differences between them.
 
Ok I own a Mac and a PC

Mac is only good for video editing and and architecture, and thats all!

PC is good for everything video editing, all that stuff, so me myself think that Mac will never ever beat PC, the only thing item of Apple's that will sell is the (I) brand.
 
Macs are so limited, if your gonna use it for something really simple! then you can go with the Mac's otherwise windows if your thang.
 
I prefer the macbook pro solely because it has 10 hours of battery life and its not heavy and I can take notes at school.
 
@azerone that's exactly what I'm trying to say. This whole PC vs Mac thing is stupid. It's more of a Windows VS Mac OS. Both a PC and a Mac can dualboot either OS. Although one is more expensive, the build quality is much better, higher battery life. lighter, etc. I just take apple is premium quality (laptop wise).

Before some idiot comes in saying you can get the same specs for half the price. True for desktops but not laptops. Anything remotely powerful as a macbook pro is either heavier, less battery life, etc. I own a dell xps 15 & a macbook pro 15 2.2.
 
It's correct that a Mac is A PersonalComputer.

However, the term PC is used for those computers running Windows/Linux as opposed to 'Mac' which describes those using the X system.

Ideal is to have a Mac Pro, where you can run Windows in a separate window and have best of both worlds.

An advantage of PCs is that more software is available in warez.
