As suggestion you could make display in the page Account Information this message.

Special Account - Storage Forever

This way your tech will not delete files of these accounts.
 
lum why you stor more than 30 days those file are not downloaded with in 30 days . Almost every filehost delete file if a file not download within 30 days.. And why you keep those file are not share link

and if you keep someone file storage forever who did not share link. did also keep those file storage forever who generate 30 premium account weekly

With more than 7000 files stored I had less than 1Tb of storage used!

The reason why I switched to Lumfile is because of the long/permanent storage they provided. I always have some old files (some dated way back to 2009 stored on other host) that rarely get any download but will get sales for me once in a while. If the 90 days policy is implemented, I think this host will be the hotbed for those spammers who spam forums as their job. Those quality site owners who value their site contents and put the functional of their download links as high priority will have no choice but to leave. It's a shame. Lumfile was such a good host with potential but instead of investing in more storage space to coup with the increase in demand/customers, he choose the easy way out...
