I have bought your premium account on 22nd Oct 2012 at 1:27pm (GMT+8) just hours before your server went offline. I wanted to download certain files hosted on your server. Unless you can get those files (that I wanted to download) back and reinstate my premium account, I request for a full refund of USD12.99.

Thank you for seeing me here, with your post I hope many people will read it, and they will understand the problem we are solving priority. I think when they read your post, they will not ask again: Where's my money ... Because It's refunded :P
