Looking for Windows VPS

I'm looking for a stable VPS for one of my customer. What is important, I don't need huge fast server with many features - the purpose of this machine is quite simple:

-one E-bay automated script
-one multiposter script
-one forex automatic earning script
-one application for e-mail
-web browser

System - only Windows. Price - maximum 20$-25$ per month. After a few hour of research I've found some imho good and reliable hosts - maybe one of them are trustworthy:

@hostavps - it doesn't really matter - I will use this vps in "white hat" mode - so I don't need to worry about legal issues.
