Hello, I'm looking for a good VPS or Dedicated server to store adult video streams.

- NL (preferred but not limited to)
- Somehow relaxed DMCA policy (just in case)
- Unmetered/Unlimited Transfer Bandwidth (won't be using more than 10TB though)
- around 200 GB HDD Space
- Accepts PayPal
- around $30 per month budget
- Accepts legal/normal adult contents in the server

What I'm planning is to have it store the video files, and have a webmin installed on it. I'm planning to transfer my files there since my current VPS won't be able to cope up of the growing requirements soon. What I'm looking for at the moment is a streaming server for a little community. I'd want to have a long-term service which I could upgrade as the community grows though.
