5 TB - 15mbps monthly average. With Gbit port you will use about 1.5% port bandwidth only.

Why do you need all that horse power for 5TB of data? 1 Gbps can push up to 300TB. 100Mbps can push 30TB. You can find the hardware for $250, but save yourself the money and forget 1 Gig port. The rest is your prerogative.

@emil0072 -You can check out OVH FRANCE or ITALY. Maybe they can offer you that with good bandwidth.
