Looking for a development team [graphic design + music]

Hello, I'm sure you've heard of Ambition Studio, my current community. My license expired, and I upgraded to a 4.0.x license. I currently have no boards, no skin chosen, and therefore no color scheme to base my homepage. I'm looking for a development team, all will be staff of the community, to create this Graphic Design, photography, and music site.
This community has much potential to grow to something large and successful, as long as we have the right people leading it, that's where you and I come in.

In specifics, I'm looking for:

• A graphic designer
• A web developer (I do this mostly, but help is accepted)
• A member with knowledge in vBulletin ACP area.
• Dedicated promoters.

Some of the jobs will be paid, the pay will be discussed and it will decided on the amount of effort put into the community.

In short, Ambition Studio is being remade from scratch, and I'd like to do it with YOU.

• Rambo - GFX
• Skords - GFX, vBulletin
• SaBteCh - GFX, vBulletin

GFX is more for logos, banners, vbulletin theme editing, etc.
most jobs will be paid once the community gets going.

I wouldn't pay for GFX, when my partner on my Unity C# project is very professional with graphic arts, and I myself am not bad with Photoshop. Paid jobs are more advertisers, and devoted forums staff.
