Dedicated Look for a seedbox server

I want a dedicated server that at least has 2TB space

and can handle 1000 torrents seeding (each file will around 1-2G)

upload speed, no less than 10MB/S
bandwidth, 10TB should be enough

only install transmission-daemon on it and maybe basic Apache

what server specification should i look into?
