Logo And Banner Needed

We are looking for banner and logo to be made for our website. We are an private adult torrent tracker website. Budget is around 10 to 15 max, as we are new and not making any money as we dont have donations and ad banners in place. All funded by the founder himself.

We are looking for 1 x banner and 1 x logo.
We are thinking of a cartoon adult theme banner with dark or pink background.
For the logo, it will need to have two words ""FR"' as our site name is FibeRepublic

Your op says you want something cartoony and pink.
You should edit your op -- instead of wasting peoples' time -- because you're asking for something different now.
