Hi webmasters :D,
I'm the creator of the script LinkerIT, probably the first link checker integrated with forum.
How it works
The script, once installed on your forum (only 2 minutes), automatically checks the links inserted by the users in the BBCode "code" and shows beside an icon corresponding to the availability of the file.
In case of folder, the number of links contained into it are shown.
Hostings supported
Currently 21 sites are supported, included pastebin.com (number of links) and nCrypt.in. Mediafire, DDLStorage, FileFactory, SharpFile, TurboBit, RapidShare, Hotfile, EasyBytez, Uploaded, Uploading, RapidGator, Netload, GlumboUploads, Bitshare, DepositFiles, UploadStation, FileCloud, nCrypt, Share-online, PasteBin, ShareUpload.
How to install it
If you want to insert LinkerIT in your forum (phpBB, IP.Board, vBulletin, MyBB), you have to go on the offical site of the project (available in Italian or English) and follow the instructions.
The link of the site is this: http://linkerit.youontech.net/
How you can help us
You can report problems with the script through the ticket system (
http://linkerit.youontech.net/ticket) or make a donation. The money collected will be used to buy a new domain+hosting for the project.

If you choose to use this script please, if you want, create a ticket and ask to add your forum to the list of the demo sites and leave a feedback.

Thank you for your attention,
Matteo, Italy.

Hi, for phpBB you have to add the code in overall_header template but before the code of the LinkerIT script. For other questions please use the ticket system..

so both sould go on overall_header by this order?

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://linkerit.youontech.net/api-phpbb.php?div=code"></script>

Yes, but you have to edit "elemento" to the element of your pages which contains the links too..
If you don't know how you can find that, please open a ticket on the site and post the link of your forum..

LinkerIT , can you please explain how it work......????

your site bot check the links in our site(your resource) or our site itself(use our resource)......??

It's not a bot. The script checks the file availability every time that is loaded.

just install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/ and after that go to http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/101707 and install it,set user script option in greasemonkey and you got this on picture
