Sorry Guys i dont know its ilegal or legal

My Paypal is limited and i want to cashout i sent documents to paypal they reject my appeal but the guy is asking 30% commission for cashout is there any way to get out the money from paypal


544$ in my Paypal


Edit : Account is verified via Vcc and Country : Malaysia
and it seems not legit

Try again with PP, call them and do w/e they want you to do. Plus, I think people with limited accounts are able to withdraw their funds after 180 days.

If you have selected orginal country while sign up you can withdraw else they allow you to with draw to USA bank ( I read this some where. )

You will be able to withdraw your money after 180 days..

You cant send to someone eles... you are allowed only to withdraw to your CC or bank account.

Had my account limited in september. Noticed the email telling me I could widthdrawl - but no other notifications were visible on their website. Still same old limitation messages.

I was able to add my bank, and send the money there - despite the account name not matching the paypal name.

Keeping an eye out for that email is likely the best bet.

Your account registered Malaysian country right? If yes, you cant add US bank, you need to add Malaysian bank if you want withdraw it.
