We are temporarily offering all Express Cloud services in the U.S. with a discount of up to 65%, which will last for the duration of your contract. We took the infrastructure we’ve had in place since the opening of our U.S. office back in January 2011, and added our proven Cloud platform.
The result is a shiny new scalable Cloud platform, running the same services we already offer in Europe, connected by our first-class worldwide network. All features you know and love are offered with the U.S. services (including the Basic Firewall) – on a platform that is designed with redundancy in mind. Additional discounts for pre-payments are available on top of the current discounts:

3 months -2.5%
6 months -5%
12 months -10%
24 months -20%
36 months -30%

the cloud servers are great but we guys here at WJ do a lot private downloading and uploading so we need lots of BW and it is not cheap if we purchase a vps directly .. cheaper through a reseller though ... anyways sir i wish you best of luck here .. although u don't need it lol..

Need improvement in customer care.

I came to know about leaseweb from WJ and decided to give a try.

When i tried to signup after choosing all the details in the express cloud US hosting plan payment option came.

There i tried with my paypal account[please refer the image]

after clicking the continue button i got this error[ belog image]

I checked my account which is having sufficient fund.
later i try to get help via the support system.


there i got flatter with the response.

then again i write them like my issue is different and requested to provide information about alternative payment method.
