Language other then English in cb w/o breaking rules

English is the only language allowed, and every time someone shouts in a foreign language they get a warning, if not a ban. So here is how...
Posting images in the shoutbox have no rules as of now. So type what you like in another language, use one of the many browser image tools to screen shot the text that your type. Then shout your image of your text for others to read, now you beat the system without breaking rules.
