@trickerfinder Write to our support and I am sure it will solve your problem. An error probably occurred because this percentage of 5% is added manually. We have a lot of work to do these days because we sort out all of our services because of the compromising content. The "penalty" on kropic.com no longer exists, it has been cleared and now everything is working normally.

me personally always say and talk the reality even i am wrong
I am really satisfied with your site now cause countings are good and now everything looks ok
And i still didnt get bonus( no! Noone added manually bonus , i am sure)
So if u dont pay the bonus it is ok but dont say that it was added by manually!
I didnt get any bonus after more than 5.80$ payment! I hope i can get !
Last, i really like the service and will use
And we really hated the big red writings on the site. I hate people who shares that bad photos!

Yes, of course it is added manually because they don't know if anyone here has posted a screen until I pass that information on to our accounting department.
