10$ is a small amount if this amount you can't refund meaning your hosting is poor.
I can't even open my control panel and the graph is not showing and also the service is not good thou! very poor support.

Amount has nothing to do with refund policy. Please refer to our terms of service. If you are entitled for a refund, you get it. Support did everything you requested and explained everything several times. You seem to be replying back without reading or understanding, please do take a moment and re-read carefully.

Control panel is not available due to several security flaws found in SolusVM. You can manage your VPS from our client area. API is enabled and working. We will re-activate SolusVM once we are done with our further security steps and SolusVM finished their code audit. Please read their blog for more information regarding this.

Please provide more details, your location, network tests from your end, your resource usage etc. That's what we need to check your issue.

So far there is no reported issues on our end based on our monitoring locations.

The best service to use ever, i was with them from 2 years, than moved to another host, but back again to them, and they are Damn good.

They are old here, have solid hardware, amazing speed.

Thnx for this service my site is going good day after day, no downtime from long time.

In simple words you can get a refund if you have a valid reason(issue on our end or caused by us). There has not been any, your VPS has 100% uptime so far.

Dummy question, but.. I want to try you're service for the first month and if i'm pleased to start having a quarterly renewal.Since the VPS plans really feel the difference between monthly and quarterly i wanna ask you if is possible to switch after one month to a different paying circle and still have the same price as listed here https://www.knownsrv.com/vps.php if i take the quartely plan in the first place.
