Added after 10 Days 5 Hours:

Hello,

Just to let everyone who may have missed our mass email sent 7 days ago know. Our datacenter scheduled a big maintenance on the part of infrastructure we are on. It will involve complete power-loss to our entire infrastructure systematically.

The maintenance will take place on 30th August, starting from 9:30 AM CET. We do not expect more than 1 hour of downtime per server.

We will also take this chance to upgrade our power and network capacities in the same maintenance window. Since this will require a reboot on all our servers, we will also apply the latest stable kernels on our production servers.

This is very important maintenance for our datacenter. We took the chance and scheduled our upgrades in the same maintenance window as well, so we don't have to schedule another maintenance for our separate upgrades/updates.

More people with problems? Alle the admin panels say the servers is ONline but no way i can access them.

When I ping the URL from the VPS i get an time-out from 31.31.32.5.

Hi,

There was an issue with our BGP mix(isolated to AMS-IX and DE-CIX) which caused one of our /24 to be unavailable from certain locations. The issue has been sorted out already.
