I would suggest to move to another host. I always had problems with Knownsrv... When he bring servers up I will go to another hosting co...
 
Mdrop that information may not be 100% correct, I know the DDOS towards Knownsrv has caused issues but certainly not all of the information in that link is related to Knownsrv its self.

Obviously theres been a major DDOS attack towards knownsrv's network which proserve couldn't handle, fair enough some people don't have the capacity to handle such attacks there business ethics I would say do suck.

I've mentioned it before, but Kruno is working solid on getting the network back up to standard and services fully functional again. Give him a break! He could of easily done a runner (Look at Rapidspeed/boxslots) but nope he's chosen to stick it out and work his bloody arse off to make his clients happy.

Give him a break & Plenty of kudos going to Kruno from myself <3
 
If he's serious in business, there's no point running away. Take this as a challenge and if he manages to live through it, it will be another star on his shoulder (rep ++). This means more business in the future. Between a battle-harden host and one who has never fire a shot, customers know how to choose.
 
I don't think that the man is running anywhere except to fix his network!
Never had any complain about the man except that he does his best to give us great service ;)
Kudo to him guys! Tried a few places and he's the only one i fully enjoy working with!

Hope this whole thing won't affect too much our places :O

I think you are only here on this thread who have problem with Knownsrv, except this trouble.
But every hosting can have problems like this, of course everyone is entitled to their opinion.
 
I have use quite a number of hosting services in the pass. For "high risk" venture like what majority of WJ members are in, KnownSRV has been handling issues pretty well.

Just take a day off and watch some movies or porns which you guys have been busy up/downloading and have no time to watch so far, and wait for the migration to complete.
 
I work at my job 8 hours and last week I was coding for 8 hours at home, for the weekend I tested everything so I ATM I am angry... It is ok when downtime is 6-12 hours but 24-48... OMG And this is good service?!?!?!?

We don't have site for free online games - So if we have 2 days off it is ok. We loose our money because our site is not up. I can't even get backup... I have another server ready. Just need backup
 
Just give him some space so he can operate freely and you'll see that it will be back soon ;)

Control panels are back online, waiting for the new config (To link the Control panel with the webservers) and they are back guys!

I am accessing it though the url, which was given by Krun!x: vps-nl.knownsrv.com:5353, however there is no point out of right now. It show same old IPs. I have few VPS on knownSRV, when I login into one it says that it is offline, while other shows that it is online, but in reality both my VPSs are offline currently.
