We already contacted the creator of the script regarding this issue. Most probably he will answer tomorrow morning and the problem will be fixed.

There is no minimum file size. Are file sizes are credited with same amount of money.
 
Also, if it's possible, ask him to implement multiple file selection. This can be achieved using html5 and it's very useful for big sets of files :)
