Haha this thread is so funny.
People losing 5$ insurance money and some go from 3-4 monthly sales to 1-2 sales and ask MP to investigate and complain.
Jeff has repeated work methods so stop being lazy and think everything comes around by itself.
The Insurance situation is FUCKED and affiliates are only informed AFTER the shit happens - Very very bad information flow.
Anyway - bank fines, insurance crap etc. sales are still just absolutely better than any other host - I never noticed any issues or drops in sales.

It is especially surprising that in April 2022 you had 70 sales, and in April 2023 they dropped to 28. After that, sales began to increase with a fall in September, but in October you won back this fall. Perhaps you did something that influenced user interest? Then try to repeat this, a proven trick worth repeating from time to time.
If you look at the statistics of your site, outgoing traffic to K2S has dropped noticeably over the past three months, that is, users have begun to switch to our project less, therefore the chances of sales will not increase either. ftp problem, the program upload the files many times in a loop
FTP currently broken, randomly drops upload connection reslulting in broken files.
Error: File transfer failed after transferring 1 278 468 334 bytes in 121 seconds
Error: File transfer failed after transferring 2 210 778 334 bytes in 209 seconds
Error: File transfer aborted by user after transferring 940 806 003 bytes in 92 seconds
Error: File transfer aborted by user after transferring 68 038 950 bytes in 6 seconds
as you can see it happens at random, fix your shit i cannot work right now.
Please fix, this is not a me issue, i've uploaded fine for 10 years, now suddenly today it started happening, so whatever your engineers did to the ftp servers from now to 15 hours from now, is the issue. Hope you can fix it asap.

It seems the ftp is misconfigured, the files are fully uploaded but the ftp instantly closes the connection upon the last byte transfer and not sending a complete package to the client resulting in the client thinking the upload failed and tries upload the file again, this loops over and over depending on your client settings, the end result is a massive amount of duplicate files in your filemanager and no real way of knowing if the archives (if you use archives) are fully uploaded or if they are corrupt.
Please fix, this is not a me issue, i've uploaded fine for 10 years, now suddenly today it started happening, so whatever your engineers did to the ftp servers from now to 15 hours from now, is the issue. Hope you can fix it asap.

It is not possible to start an upload. Please look at the problem.
